JAMMU: In a shocking incident on Wednesday, January 3, a shootout occurred in the New Plot area of Jammu over a parking dispute. The altercation escalated into violence when Ravinder Singh, a permanent government employee with the Power Development Department (PDD), allegedly fired two rounds at Advocate Kanav Sharma.
Incident Overview: The conflict began when Advocate Kanav Sharma attempted to park his vehicle outside a PDD lineman’s quarters. Ravinder Singh, who was on duty at the time, objected to the parking. The disagreement quickly turned into a heated argument, followed by a scuffle.
