Jammu Police’s Firm Stance Against Drugs
The arrest of these individuals is part of a broader crackdown on the drug mafia under the directions of the Jammu Police’s South Zone leadership. The force has reaffirmed its zero-tolerance policy against narcotics and is actively targeting both small-time peddlers and organized networks.
Speaking on the matter, a senior police official emphasized:
“We are committed to making our society drug-free. Anyone found indulging in the drug trade will face the full force of the law. We urge the public to support us in this mission by sharing timely information about suspicious activities.”
Appeal to Citizens:
SSP, Jammu Joginder Singh appeals to the general public to remain vigilant and proactive. Any information regarding drug trafficking, consumption, or suspicious behavior can be reported anonymously. The police ensure confidentiality and prompt action against all such anti-social elements.
