Udhampur :In preparation for the upcoming Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra 2024, Rayees Mohammad Bhat, IPS, DIG of Police for the Udhampur-Reasi Range, convened a security meeting to review the arrangements for the pilgrimage in District Udhampur.

High-Level Attendance: The meeting saw participation from key officials including the SSP Udhampur, CO 137th Battalion CRPF, and other supervisory officers from the Police, Army, ITBP, CISF, GRP, and various security forces involved in ensuring the smooth conduct of the Yatra.

Emphasis on Coordination: During the meeting, DIG Bhat emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts among all stakeholders to guarantee the safety and security of the pilgrims. He highlighted the need for meticulous planning and execution of security measures to address any potential threats and challenges.
