UDHAMPUR: In a decisive blow to the drug trafficking network in Jammu and Kashmir, the Udhampur District Police, under the close supervision of SSP Udhampur Amod Nagpure IPS and DIG Udhampur-Reasi Range Rayees Bhat IPS.Team from police station Chenani successfully intercepted a major consignment of charas. The operation, carried out at Chenani Naka Point on the National Highway, resulted in the seizure of 1.3 kilograms of charas and the arrest of two suspected smugglers. This operation is part of the Jammu and Kashmir Police’s ongoing #WarOnDrugs campaign aimed at curbing the spread of narcotics in the region.
