Jammu, June 15, 2024: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has issued a notification regarding urgent repair and maintenance work scheduled on NH44 between Nashri and Banihal. This maintenance activity is set to take place during the intervening night of June 15/16, 2024. As a result, all types of vehicular movement, including fresh perishable and livestock transportation, will be suspended tonight.

Maintenance Schedule: NHAI has mandated urgent repair and maintenance work on NH44 between Nashri and Banihal during the night of June 15/16, 2024.

Vehicular Suspension:No movement of vehicles of any kind will be permitted on NH-44 on June 15, 2024, after 6:00 PM from Qazigund towards Ramban. Similarly, vehicular movement from Nagrota (Jammu) will cease after 5:00 PM, and from Udhampur after 6:00 PM.
