Dharti Aaba Abhiyan Brings Vital Services to Tangtse Community
Tangtse, June 29 – The Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan was successfully conducted today at the Community Hall in Tangtse, delivering a range of essential services and vital awareness about tribal welfare schemes and other government schemes to the local public.
The initiative, part of a brioader commitment to empower tribal populations and ensure their access to government welfare programs, witnessed significant engagement from residents of the Durbuk Sub Division.
The camp facilitated crucial services including: Aadhaar updation/generation: 33 individuals availed this service, Kisan Credit Card (KCC): 2 beneficiaries received assistance, Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS): 7 individuals were supported, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY): 16 residents benefited, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY): 2 individuals received assistance, Anemia testing and health check-ups: 30 people underwent examinations, Certificates: 21 various certificates were issued, Poshan Abhiyan: 1 individual received support under this nutrition initiative.
The Dharti Aaba Abhiyan reiterates its dedication to providing government services directly to tribal communities, fostering inclusive development, and addressing the specific needs of remote regions. The successful execution of the Tangtse camp underscores the program’s effectiveness in delivering tangible benefits and promoting community well-being.
