πππ‘, πππ² 30, ππππ: Admission Committee of Government Degree College, Nubra organised an admission counselling for the students of Government Higher Secondary School, Disket on May 29 at Higher Secondary School, Disket, Nubra.
Principal, Government Degree College Nubra, Dr Tsewang Motup addressed the gathering and congratulated the outgoing students and entire staff members of Higher Secondary School Disket for their outstanding performance in recently declared 12th class CBSE examination result.
Dr Motup also encouraged students to take admission in GDC Nubra highlighting the various achievements of college, facilities and courses being offered by GDC Nubra.
Assistant Professor, Stanzin Etga highlighted the course structure of
New Education Policy (NEP)-2020. She explained in detailed the various courses under NEP such as major and minor courses, interdisciplinary courses, VAC and skill courses as well as the credit structure and multiple entry-exit option under NEP for the student.
Assistant Professor Botany, Dr Konchok Dorjey highlighted the various courses being offered at GDC Nubra. He highlighted the facilities available at college and achievements of the college. He also encouraged students for admission under various courses at GDC Nubra.
Vice Principal, Government Higher Secondary School Disket, Rinchen Namgyal expressed his gratitude to the principal and team of GDC Nubra for sharing information on various courses under NEP and admission counseling by GDC Nubra.
Senior students of GDC Nubra also shared their experiences and thoughts to encourage the new students for admission at GDC Nubra.
It was followed by an interactive and open discussion wherein college faculties addressed the queries raised by students and encouraged them for admission.
The programme ended with a vote of thanks by Assistant Professor, Stanzin Padma.
