Instructed that call centres across the nation be modernised by equipping them with cutting-edge technologies such as AI and Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Assured every support from the MHA for this purpose. Directed rapid implementation of the SOP to ensure a time-bound response to calls and swift restoration of money to victims of cyber fraud. Also emphasised robust measures to cull mule accounts.
