This Aadhaar-enabled system aims to provide **transparent and portable ration delivery** under the **One Nation One Ration Card (ONORC)** scheme, benefiting over **1 crore residents**.

The **Smart Public Distribution System Jammu Kashmir** aims to modernize the ration delivery system by integrating:
– **Aadhaar authentication** at distribution points
– **Portability** under the ONORC framework
– **Real-time monitoring** to eliminate ghost beneficiaries
– **Mobile OTP verification** for fair delivery

The system is expected to cover:

– Migrant workers from other states
