Leh, December 5, 2024: The Deputy Commissioner Leh, Santosh Sukhadeve convenes meeting to review the formulation of guidelines for allotment of houses under Housing for All schemes of LAHDC Leh at VC Room, DC Office, Leh on December 5.

During the meeting, ADDC Leh shared a draft guideline for the allotment of houses under the Housing for All scheme of LAHDC Leh. Based on the guideline, discussion took place for selection criteria, verification process, allotment fees and other terms and conditions.

The Deputy Commissioner Leh directed the officers to make necessary changes in the draft and formulate the guideline at earliest, to further approve it from LAHDC and at UT Ladakh level. It was also decided that the controlling authority for the infrastructure would be given to Housing and Urban Development Department.

The meeting was attended by Assistant District Development Commissioner Leh Sonam Nurboo, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Shabir Hussain, Chief Planning Officer Tsewang Gyalson, Chief Controller of Finance Dr Zulfikar Ali, AD RDD Leh Tsetan Angmo, AD FCS & CA department Ruth Mary and Executive Engineer R&B PWD Leh.
