PM Modi Ranked World’s Most Popular Leader; BJP Hails US Data Firm’s Survey

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday welcomed the findings of a survey by a reputed US-based data analytics firm that ranked Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the world’s most popular leader.
According to the survey conducted by Morning Consult between March 2 and 8, PM Modi remained well ahead of his global counterparts, securing a commanding approval rating of 68 per cent.
Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi has always been the best, even during his tenure as the Chief Minister of Gujarat, and will continue to be the most popular leader in the world as the country’s Prime Minister. This is not just based on surveys, but on the work he has done throughout his life.”
Speaking to IANS, Uttar Pradesh Minister Danish Azad Ansari said, “India’s global stature, along with that of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has grown significantly. Under his leadership, India has reached new heights of development. Major countries across the world are partnering with India as it moves forward on the path of progress.”
“India has demonstrated its potential and shown that it will play a key role in global progress. In achieving all this, PM Modi has gained widespread international acceptance. The cordial relations he shares with world leaders have positively impacted India’s global image,” the minister added.
Ansari further described PM Modi as the “strongest leader in the world” and extended his congratulations on behalf of the country.
BJP MP Praveen Khandelwal echoed similar sentiments, stating, “This is not the first time that international firms have conducted such surveys. There is no doubt that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the most popular leader in the world.”
Praising the Prime Minister, Khandelwal added, “India is proud of him for his work and for maintaining strong relationships with leaders across the globe. Many leaders are keen to meet him and are inspired by him.”
Maharashtra Minister Girish Mahajan also expressed similar views, saying, “PM Modi is the most popular leader in the world. We are extremely proud and I congratulate him on this achievement.”
