Pakistani Nationals Arrested in Joint Operation by Ambala Police Under IGP Jammu’s Leadership

Ambala/Jammu: In a swift and well-coordinated inter-state operation, two Pakistani nationals were arrested by the Ambala Police under the strategic guidance and leadership of IGP Jammu Bhim Sen Tuti (IPS )who closely monitored the entire operation.
According to official sources, the arrests were made on the same day credible intelligence inputs were received. Acting promptly on these leads, police teams ensured rapid deployment and seamless coordination, leading to the successful apprehension of both suspects. The operation was executed with the active teamwork and supervision of Shiv Kumar Sharma (IPS )DIG JKS Range along with senior officers including the SSP Jammu and SP Operations Jammu.
Officials stated that the operation was the result of strong inter-agency coordination between the Jammu Police and the Special Task Force Ambala. Continuous monitoring by IGP Jammu and DIG Jammu ensured effective supervision, timely decision-making, and operational clarity throughout the mission.
The SSP Jammu Joginder Singh stated that the arrested individuals are Pakistani nationals who had earlier escaped from a juvenile home in R.S. Pura, Jammu, after allegedly committing a crime. Following their escape, security agencies intensified surveillance and coordinated with Haryana Police, leading to their arrest in Ambala.
Security agencies are currently conducting detailed interrogation and verification to ascertain their intent, background, and any possible links. Authorities have indicated that further legal proceedings will follow as per law.
Senior police officials praised the swift action, intelligence coordination, and teamwork displayed by all units involved, stating that the successful arrest reflects the strong intelligence network and operational preparedness of the forces.
