In a decisive push under Operation Sanjeevani the ongoing campaign against drug trafficking and abuse—Jammu and Kashmir Police carried out an intensive raid in Rajeev Nagar, a suspected drug hub in Narwal, Jammu. The area, falling under the jurisdiction of the Police Post (PP) Narwal and Police Station Bahu Fort, was closely monitored during the raid with the participation of various police units and local administrative bodies.

The operation was led by SP South Jammu Ajay Sharma and SDPO East , with active support from the Station House Officers (SHOs) of respective police stations and in-charges of local police posts (IC PPs). In coordination with EMIC Bahu, teams were deployed to inspect residential houses, pedestrians, and vehicles. These searches were part of a targeted effort to disrupt drug-peddling networks operating in the region.
