Today, a high-level meeting was convened to review the progress of the ‘Vibrant Villages Programme,’ a pivotal initiative under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The program aims to ensure the comprehensive development of border villages, with a particular focus on enhancing connectivity and generating employment opportunities to curb outward migration.

During the meeting, the need to bolster connectivity in these remote areas was underscored, highlighting the critical role it plays in fostering economic growth and stability. Plans include establishing mobile health units, upgrading existing medical facilities, and increasing the availability of medical staff and supplies.
