Jammu : With Maha Shivratri fast approaching, the Jammu and Kashmir Police, under the leadership of Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Jammu-Samba-Kathua (JKS) Range, Shiv Kumar Sharma, has implemented a comprehensive security plan to ensure the safety and smooth conduct of celebrations in Jammu, Samba, and Kathua districts.
