DODA : Harvinder Singh, the District Development Commissioner (DDC) of Doda, led the weekly Block Diwas Programme at Shermatoo Top Panchayat in Sunarthawa, Block Chiralla. The event aimed at addressing local issues and enhancing public engagement with the administration.

Social Services: Adequate staffing in local schools, issuance of APL and BPL ration cards to separated families, and opening of a J&K Bank branch.

Tourism: Bringing the area onto the tourism map and hosting the Jantroon Dhar festival.

Utilities: Replacement of damaged wooden electric poles and resolving water shortages.

Environmental and Legal Awareness: Prevention of forest fires, a plantation drive, and an awareness camp on new criminal law.
