Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo chaired a high-level meeting with key stakeholders to discuss a comprehensive mega skilling Action Plan for J&K’s youth.
He stressed the need for a robust lifelong skilling ecosystem aligned with NEP 2020, defining clear roles for schools, colleges, universities and technical institutions. The CS underlined outcome-based skilling with strong employment linkages to build a future-ready workforce for J&K.
