Leh, June 12, 2024: Justice Bansi Lal Bhat, Chairman of the Reservation Commission for Actual Line of Control (ALC) Ladakh, convened a pivotal meeting at the Conference Hall, DC Office, Leh, focusing on the identification of basic facilities in villages adjacent to the actual Line of Control in the Union Territory of Ladakh.
In his address, Justice Bansi Lal Bhat, a Former Judge of J&K High Court, delved into the historical perspectives of the Constitution and the justice system. He underscored the foundational role these elements play in advancing the welfare of marginalized groups, emphasizing that justice and inclusivity are central tenets of the Indian ethos.
