Jammu: In a farewell ceremony held at the Zonal Police Headquarters in Jammu, the Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) of the Jammu Zone, Shri Anand Jain, IPS, along with senior police officials, honored Major General Upkar Chander, the outgoing General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Delta Force. This ceremonial departure marks the end of Major General Chander’s tenure, which was marked by significant contributions to the security and counter-terrorism efforts in the Jammu region.
