Amritsar: In a significant move to strengthen religious outreach and administration in Jammu and Kashmir, the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) Dharam Prachar Committee Sri Amritsar has appointed Bhai Jagtar Singh Ragi as the advisor and coordinator for the region.
