Record Pilgrim #Rush in #Amarnath Yatra

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said this year’s Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra has witnessed a record rush of pilgrims.Speaking from Nunwan Base Camp, Pahalgam, LG Sinha said a large number of devotees are arriving without prior registration. He urged unregistered pilgrims to wait for their designated dates to ensure smooth conduct of the Yatra.The J&K Admin and Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Board have strengthened security, healthcare and logistics. A 100-bed hospital at Nunwan is treating nearly 2,500 patients daily.LG Sinha reviewed pilgrim movement, security, accommodation and registration with senior officials and directed that safety and convenience of all devotees remain the top priority.
