DC Leh Santosh Sukhdeve Reviews Utilization of DMFT Funds

Leh, May 24, 2025: The Deputy Commissioner Leh and Chairperson, District Mineral Foundation Trust (DMFT), Santosh Sukhadeve, convened a meeting today at the VC Room, DC Office Leh, to assess the utilization of DMFT funds.

During the meeting, the DC Leh reviewed all pending and completed cases, subsequently granting approval for the pending cases. Deputy Commissioner Leh approved new proposals encompassing sports promotion equipment purchases, school hostel upgrades, furniture for community centers, and the acquisition of books and play equipment for schools.

Additionally, further development proposals were deliberated upon during the meeting, and formal submissions for these initiatives were requested. The DC Leh instructed the members to assess their requirements to process the proposals further.

The meeting was attended by the Chief Planning Officer Leh, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Education Officer, District Social Welfare Officer, District Mineral Officer, and other members of DMFT.
