KASHMIR: In a bid to reinforce democratic values in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Monday urged the newly appointed Speaker, Abdul Rahim Rather, to ensure fair and equal treatment for all political parties.
